The purpose of 4thepeople2bfit is a movement for the community. If we as a community of fitness reach back and help one person to get started with living a better life, it is our hope that they will reach back and help someone else.

The reason behind 4ThePeople2BFit
Six members of my family (some whom I adopted) hold a close place in my heart; all have a health condition that has a significant impact on their weight and health. The thought of losing any of them due to a health issue concerns me.
So, I questioned myself, how can I be impactful in their lives to see them lead a healthier future?
A future where I get to witness a part of their fitness journey. This means being available when they want to walk. Have a question about food or being a partner with them at the gym. I want to be there for them to help motivate them so they can be successful.
4ThePeople2BFit started because of them! Later we expanded the program to help those in the community. The purpose of 4ThePeope2BFit is to show others that despite what your schedule may look like or your current health conditions, eating right and working out must be a vital part of your daily living. We do this through consistent motivation, encouragement and virtual physical training courses.
As the CEO of 4ThePeople2BFit, I am not a license trainer nor a nutritionist. I am a mother of eight children, an author, a business owner, a full time worker, a fitness motivator and many other things; I am just like many of you. A unique person in our own special way, just trying to make sure we control the things we can control and improve what we can to have a better quality of life.
